Call for Abstract – 2023 REBUILD Annual Conference

This call for abstract is now closed.

The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence REBUILD and the DCU Brexit Institute are pleased to release this Call for Abstract for the 2023 REBUILD Annual Conference: “Next Generation EU: Furthering Economic, Legal and Fiscal Integration”.

The Next Generation EU (NGEU) Recovery Plan has been the EU’s response to the economic and social crisis brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Member States are now starting to implement the Recovery and Resilience Plans at the national level, while facing the consequences of the war in Ukraine and the energy crisis. The success of NGEU will be pivotal for the future of the European Union, in terms of its strategic development and investments, and to ensure the green transition and digital transformation across EU Member States. Other priorities include economic cohesion and competitiveness, social and territorial cohesion, institutional crisis-reaction and crisis preparedness.

Scholars from both law and political science/economy are welcome to submit their abstracts and short C.V. by Tuesday 18 October 2022. You will find more details in the call on this link.

This Conference is organised by Prof. Federico Fabbrini and Dr. Christy Ann Petit. For any queries, please contact Christy.Petit@dcu.ie and Lucrezia.Rossi@dcu.ie.
