Minister Donohoe’s Keynote and Minister Coveney’s Foreword

The Protocol on Ireland/ Northern Ireland“, forthcoming in two months with Oxford University Press. It follows the speech he gave to our Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland Conference last November.
